These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or Dazlea.com in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.

The contents of these Terms form an electronic record under the Information & Communication Technology Act, 2006, as amended from time to time. No physical or digital signature is required, and these Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between the Website and the User.

অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন করতে, আপনাকে একটি বৈধ বাংলাদেশী মোবাইল নম্বর বা ফেসবুক/ইমেইল অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করতে হবে অথবা ওয়েবসাইটের নিবন্ধন ফর্ম পূরণ করতে হবে। এরপর আপনি একটি পাসওয়ার্ড বা এককালীন পিন পাবেন যা দিয়ে লগইন করে অর্ডার দিতে পারবেন।

6. The Contract

Your order represents an offer to purchase the product(s) you select. When you place an order with us, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirming receipt of your order and/or providing details of your order (“Order Confirmation Email and/or SMS”).

The Order Confirmation Email and/or SMS serves only as an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the product(s). Upon sending the Order Confirmation Email and/or SMS, an “agreement to sell” is established under Section 4(3) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, meaning the transfer of ownership will occur at a future time when the product(s) is/are delivered to your designated address.

We accept your offer, and the above “agreement to sell” becomes a binding contract for the sale of the ordered product(s) under Section 4(4) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, only when the product(s) is/are delivered to your specified address, at which point the ownership of the goods transfers from us to you.

৬. চুক্তি/The Contract

If a product provided through Dazlea.com does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition.

To support customers during times of price fluctuations and market volatility, Dazlea offers certain essential products to its members without adding any profit margin. This ensures affordable access to necessary goods.

How does Dazlea sustain its operations?

Since Dazlea does not earn profit from product sales, the primary source of revenue is the membership or subscription fees.

Note: A minimal margin may be applied depending on the type of product to cover packaging costs, potential product damages, or expired items.
